Sponsorship Rates and Benefits
Level 1 - Major Sponsor- month-to-month (contact for the very reasonable rates)
- 216px x 69px jpg image (subject to some tweaking), subject to approval and modification; images may be updated by request (within reason).
- The ad will be placed in conspicuous places on frequently viewed pages; ad ordering is randomized for each view.
- Note: a trading of advertising services will not be considered for this level of support.
- A direct link to site (i.e., may or may not use redirection).
- As a courtesy, I will provide regular updates regarding site development and upcoming features.

Why Patchlodge.com?
- The site is experiencing consistent growth in terms of page views and user activity; growth has been showing the potential to be exponential in nature.
- I do 100% of the coding and server administration. This means the sky is the limit in terms of features and functionality.
- Furthermore, fixed costs means relatively low overhead, and this translates into lower charges for sponsorships in the long term.
- In terms of capability for delivering new features and maintaining motivation, I am very technically inclined and am passionate about Boy Scouting and the hobby of patch collecting. If you wish to inquire about my skill set, feel free.
- The site is positioned for growth, and the infrastructure (physical and software) on which it is built has been carefully crafted with the need for heavy use and many users in mind.

- Anyone interested in driving Scouting related traffic to their site or service
Caveats
As is stated in different places among the site, this is a side effort for which I do not get paid. Infact, I've taken quite a loss in terms of hosting fees and in time spent developing since the site has launched. It is a labor of love, however. To that end, the sponsorship program is not meant to make money, but to cover basic fixed costs. Because the site is basically a hobby of mine, I wish to state the following:- Ad set up is not automated or immediate, but you will at least hear from me very soon after contacting me with your initial expression of interest.
- Support and the response to problems with the site are given at a "best effort" level. This means that I'll get to it when I can, but do my best to get to things and solve them in a tiemly manner.
- Timely communication is important, but there might be times when I am indisposed with other things (family, work, school, etc). I will again provide communications and updates at a "best effort" level.
- As with all sponsorship programs, I can't guarantee an increase in traffic to your site. I will do the best that I can do maximize visibility of your ad.
- Finally, this program is evolving for the better. If you have any concerns or questions don't hesitate to raise them.
Terms
- We reserve the right to refuse any sponsor or inappropriate material received from an existing sponsor.
- Sponsors are responsible for images used and are restricted to the size of the banner dictated by Patchlodge.com.
